Message from the Representative

In recent years, domestic and international conditions around the construction industry have gradually changed. In Japan, positive signs have emerged after long-term stagnation, such as the aggressive fiscal policy under Abenomics and the successful Olympic bid for 2020 Tokyo. It is also true, however, that reconstruction following the Great East Japan Earthquake still has a long way to go, and it is still unclear how businesses will be influenced by the rising cost of labor, materials, and increased consumption tax. In such a situation, it is increasingly necessary that contractors place orders at the most reasonable cost while ensuring cost-transparency and building quality. BIM (Building Information Modeling) is increasingly becoming one of the most effective solutions to this demand.
We are now offering 3D CAD-interoperable quantity surveying for businesses, but this is just a start. We plan to update our main product, HELIOS, and continue to apply it to business practices as a core BIM-compatible cost management system. In terms of effective use of building design information, the quantity surveying data can be integrated with shop drawing CAD data and further used as basic data for Facility Management (FM). This will, in turn, add value to your quantity surveying operation and the data generated from it.
In contrast, internationally, BIM is regarded as 5D (time (construction period) and cost, plus three dimensions), rather than merely a means of 3D CAD data utilization. Always mindful of the overseas situation, we have constructed our business environment accordingly and are ready to promptly accommodate any request from our clients as a professional group with sophisticated and integrated expertise in cost management and system development.
Nisseki Survey, with its corporate motto of "Accuracy, Sincerity, Innovation," marked its 50th anniversary in October of 2013. We look forward to supporting your business through superior service quality and cutting-edge technological skills based on our long-term experience.
